Description

We have been notified by Telstra that planned engineer works is to take place on the 16th of September which involves bringing down the B supply.

Telstra have stated they only expect the power to go down for 2-3 hours, however there is potential this could take longer if any unforeseen circumstances arise.

Previous work done of this nature has led to power being down for most of the duration of the window provided.

We therefore recommend that all customers that have hosted equipment in hSo racks (co-location) do an audit to ensure their equipment is dual powered.

Power supply A will remain up during the works and will remain unaffected.

hSo are internally taking the necessary steps with an audit to ensure our own internal resiliency is functional.

Kind regards

Support
