We have lost access to all equipment in 1 Canada Square at this time.
Due to passive waves passing via the site also being down we believe this is a fibre issue and have raised it with the provider.
Connectivity has been restored in a temporary fashion by implementing a low bandwidth path over a 3rd party circuit. All customers will be online, however due to bandwidth limitations some service degradation may be experienced.
At this time bandwidth levels are at an acceptable level (60% of available capacity), due to the time of day and the fact it is a weekend.
We will continue to work on finding and resolving the root cause. At this time we believe there is a fibre issue within the building risers.
Access has been arranged to the fibre risers for tomorrow, 23rd September.
In the meantime we are attempting to engage with our fibre provider to dispatch engineers to test the circuits on their side.
