Support Services

We will perform an update to our CRM system starting at 6pm. This will affect a number of support services:

  • You will not receive an automatic reply to new ticket emails and tickets will not be assigned a case number for the period of the downtime. It is possible that you will receive a case number when the upgraded system comes online.
  • The customer portal will be unavailable for the period of the upgrade. Whilst you will not be able to log in, data will continue to be collected and will be available once the upgrade is complete.

Whilst the CRM is down we will continue to monitor all systems and deal with cases manually. No operational services (such as Internet access) will be affected.
